I usually serious and can take a bit of plain jokes. But when it comes to business i would take it seriously. Today a guy really disappointed me with his jokes. So my final word is "I am no longer trust a word of him . . "
He can do it to me as well as to other.
Silence will always good, talk when necessary. And use word wisely talk professionally like the professionals did.
